Deposits
1. To secure an appointment either by phone, online or in the Clinic, a non refundable deposit will be required. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. Operating within clinic opening times.

2. The amount required for the deposit is at the discretion of the Clinic and has multiple variables including but not limited to; the practitioner booked, treatment type and length of appointment time required.

Appointments
1. You will be informed of any preparation required prior to your treatment, if you do not follow the guidelines provided this may result in the appointment being cancelled or additional fees being charged.

2. Bee Medispa make every effort to ensure that appointments run on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice we will aim to contact you in advance and rebook your appointment at the earliest convenience.

3. If you are more than 10mins late to your appointment your treatment may be cut down or cancelled and will need to re booked. If we have had to cut your treatment time down, you will still need to pay the full cost of the service scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
1. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice.

2. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future appointments. Any cancellation of a prepaid package within 24 hours will result in a surcharge based on the length of time/type of treatment/ practitioner booked prior to rescheduling or rebooking your next appointment.
